This policy explains how ARTIFICIAL VISION IBERIA, S.L. processes the personal data of visitors to this website and of those who contact us through it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process and why
Contact form. We collect your name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message, solely to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, send you commercial information about our products.
Browsing data. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects aggregated data about site usage (page views, duration, device, country). IP addresses are processed in anonymised form. If you decline, no such collection takes place.
We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making with legal effects. We do not process special categories of data.
3. Legal basis
- Contact form: your consent when submitting it, and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Commercial communications: your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Analytics cookies: your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 22.2 LSSI).
4. Retention period
Contact form data is kept for as long as the commercial relationship or mutual interest lasts, and thereafter for the statutory limitation periods for potential liabilities. If no commercial relationship arises, data is deleted two years after the last contact. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics 4 settings.

7. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to info@artificialvisioniberia.com stating the right you wish to exercise. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.
8. Security
The website is served entirely over encrypted HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access or alteration.

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or new processing activities. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of this page.
